Key Responsibilities:
Develop new opportunities, or grow existing customer business with Commercial Territory Managers:
New Business Development? identify, pursue, negotiate, develop and implement plan with new accounts consistent with commercial coatings business strategies.
Account Management ? develop and implement an account management plan utilizing PPG resources (products, value services), emphasizing business relations as a key ingredient; develop and maintain account profiles.
Contract Preparation ? analyze, negotiate, and document customer contracts in accordance to PPG/Refinish SBU guidelines and segment strategies
Field Sales Support ? coach sales staff to support key strategic accounts on a regular basis
Competitive Awareness ? understand competitors , their offerings(products & services) and develop counter measures
Industry Awareness ? maintain account target list with profiles; identify industry trends and initiatives(distributors, e- commerce , insurance companies, CSI providers, consultants)
Experience and Education
Business degree or equivalent experience
Minimum 5 years sales experience
Functional and Technical Skills
Strong communication & presentation skills (written & verbal)
Business financial analysis
Asset :Commercial Coatings Product, Process, and Value Added Services Knowledge
Asset: Business Industry Knowledge

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
