ICON plc is currently recruiting for a Senior Director Global Program Management opportunity.
An important role within our business, you will be responsible for a global strategic partnership relationship and the successful cross functional leadership of a matrix organisation.. You will have full oversight for the delivery and quality of strategy; implementation; execution and control of global functional and resource based programs.
You will act as the key client contact for assigned programs, developing effective relationships at levels within a complex sponsor environment, with an objective to fully realise the revenue potential of the relationship. This will include interaction and participation in client operations and governance committees, as requested.
You will provide effective cross functional leadership, managing activities and workload to ensure the achievement of agreed targets and SLAs (against cost, efficiency and quality).
To be considered for this opportunity you should have demonstrable experience in delivering global programs. This could be from within a Project Management; Data Management or other CRO environment.
Additionally you should be able to demonstrate success in leading cross functional, global teams and superb client relationship management competencies.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
