Senior Sales Executive

Overview
The Senior Sales Executive reports to the MEDfx VP of Sales and Marketing, with a primary focus of achieving annual bookings and revenue targets. Develop new customers, partners and expand existing accounts and relationships within the Enterprise market, with an emphasis on driving strong relationships with our prospective clients and customers. Take a leadership role at MEDfx regarding the Health Information Exchange business, continuing to support Product, Services and Support Business Unit leaders. The Enterprise Market includes Health Information Exchanges, Hospitals and Health Systems, ACO's and Health Plans.
The Senior Sales Executive is focused on new account development and is also responsible for owning and coordinating all aspects of the sales cycle through contract closure, coordinating transitions of new clients to the professional services team and ongoing Account Management of new clients.
Location is negotiable, but the ideal candidate will be located in Eastern or Central United States.

Duties and Responsibilities
Develop/establish a funnel and pipeline of business within the defined region to meet and exceed annual bookings and revenue objectives;
Establish a strong foundational knowledge of the Health Information Exchange and Population Health Management Markets and solutions that support them;
Position, educate, and sell MEDfx Solutions to client targets
Prepare territory business plans and monthly sales reports, and weekly action plans to identify specific target customers;
Prepare presentations, proposals, and contracts consistent with the company's sales and marketing guidelines;
Winning new HIE license and Applications SaaS sales revenue in line with targets
Facilitating and nurturing Senior Management relationships to generate active sponsorship of MEDfx
Developing a strategy and sales plan to address Sector requirements
Developing profiles of targeted accounts
Defining appropriate Enterprise Sales Industry Value Propositions
Driving the implementation of sales and marketing campaigns
Generating and following up on leads
Qualifying leads and prioritizing opportunities
Managing internal and Partner resources to conduct campaigns
Identifying and working with the appropriate people in MEDfx and the Customer
Developing, extending and maintaining relationships with the appropriate staff
Facilitating and nurturing Senior Management relationships to generate active sponsorship of MEDfx
Working with, and influencing the activities of MEDfx Partners as appropriate
Maintaining an understanding of MEDfx's strategic direction and interpreting its relevance to the industry sector
Maintaining an awareness of MEDfx's current and future application/technology products and services
Maintaining an understanding of competitive activity relevant to industry sector
Demonstrate ability to interact, communicate and cooperatively work with all company employees at various levels;
Manage on-going Account Management activities for clients sold.
Understand the market and competitive positioning and value proposition of MEDfx solutiosn and services to the market.
Participate in marketing events, such as trade-shows and conferences
Minimum Knowledge and Skill Requirements
Written and oral communications skills including the Microsoft Office Suite and Salesforce.com.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree required
6-10+ years' experience selling emerging enterprise software solutions to the healthcare IT sector.
Proven track record of achieving and/or exceeding quota in Software Solutions including SaaS (Software-as-as-Service) and corresponding Professional Services to companies;
Ability to identify new opportunities through proven sales methodologies, and market outreach.
New Account Development, develop Accounts and close them.
A strong understanding of Consultative Solution Selling
Ability to develop business case and justification, communicate business fit and deliver impactful presentations to gain consensus
Deal/Contract negotiation and closing
Ability to create, compose, and edit written materials;
Strategic thinking and account development
Forecasting and Pipeline management
Strong interpersonal and communications skills;
Strong negotiation skills
Excellent account management and organizational skills
Team player and ability to work independently
Desired Qualifications
Experience selling Enterprise HIE and Healthcare IT SaaS-based solutions
Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements;
Proven experience in large dollar volume sales to healthcare organizations.
Strong network in the Healthcare IT marketplace
Travel Requirements
Moderate travel to prospective client sites is required;

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
